Lakeview Lodges at Tallington Lakes offers brand new luxury self catering accommodation. Our custom-built lodge in Lincolnshire boast stunning views over the lake and onsite we have an array of brilliant activities to enjoy.
Accommodation
Our fabulous lodge is based in a great setting and perfect for a memorable getaway. The lodge is finished to the highest standards and comes with everything you need for a relaxing stay by the lake.
Inside the lodge is a spacious open plan living area with a smart flat screen TV, comfy seating, electric fireplace and French doors that take advantage of the stunning views. Rustle up a storm in the fully-equipped kitchen that comes with a range of appliances: 4-burner gas hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge-freezer, washing machine and toaster. A dining table seats 6.
Two beautiful bedrooms are available: A double and a twin room. The en suite comes with a bath. A 2 person sofa bed is in the lounge.
Outside, there is 4 tier luxury decking and a decking area with garden furniture for al fresco dining whilst admiring the amazing views. Soak away your troubles in the luxurious hot tub. We also have a lake fishing jetty, great for a day on the water.
Visiting Tallington Lakes & The Surrounding Area
The range of fantastic family friendly activities on offer at Tallington Lakes include a dry ski slope and tobogganing run, a challenging climbing wall, and a children's playground. In addition, there are many opportunities for fun on the lake itself, thanks to the water activities centre that operates from April to September inclusive.
Why not try kayaking, paddle boarding, open water swimming, or if you fancy something even more active have a go on a jet ski or try water skiing! Fun can also be had via zorbing, and banana boat rides! There is also an open air heated swimming pool, which operates seasonally. There is a (dog friendly) Lakeside Bar and Restaurant onsite within walking distance.
We are in a great location for exploring the area, right on the border of Lincolnshire, Rutland and Cambridgeshire. Head to the delightful Georgian town of Stamford and stroll around the independent shops and try one of the lovely restaurants. You can also visit Oakham and Uppingham, home to lots of lovely boutique shops. Superb attractions to visit include:
Barnack Hills and Holes National Nature Reserve.
Aqua Park at Rutland Water.
Take a day trip to the Norfolk coast.
