The original Family Home, the Farmhouse , the old farm barns have been sympathetically restored or stripped back to reveal their original character with colourful, vibrant and fun interiors and the more modern country houses built provide contemporary spacious living accommodation with the added luxury of their very own hot tubs.
The immediate surrounding space is a haven for all ages with a good range of facilities open throughout the year: a warm indoor heated swimming pool, a secure large outdoor play area, all weather tennis courts, games room with soft play corner, animal feeding & petting sessions, onsite spa and holistic treatment room.
THE BARNS - All located within an enclosed courtyard
Stables is a three storey split level barn, with 3 bedrooms, sleeping up to 4+cots set in the corner of an enclosed courtyard, overlooking the swimming pool.
Parlour provides light and airy accommodation all on one floor, with 2 bedrooms, sleeping up to 4+cots making it ideal for families with small children.
Hayloft is a single storey barn, with 2 bedrooms, sleeping up to 4+cots providing easily accessible, extremely toddler friendly accommodation all on one floor.
Shippen Barn has 2 bedrooms, sleeping up to 5+cots is located in our courtyard & also enjoys great views of the surrounding countryside and coast.
The Mill House is set in the corner of the beautiful courtyard and is spaciously laid out over three floors with 3 Bedrooms, sleeping up to 5+cots.
The Granary is the largest of the courtyard cottages, providing spacious accommodation, with 3 bedrooms, sleeping up to 7 people.

Sycamore has 3 bedrooms, sleeping up to 6+cots with 3 x bedrooms comprising of a master bedroom plus 2 twins (that can be converted into super kings by prior arrangement) is a light and spacious house with a contemporary feel. These properties are located on the family’s farming estate at Northcott, each set in a tranquil location, guests can walk along the private Farm lane out to the local beach of Northcott Mouth, or ½ inland to local village pub. Visit the farm animals and the family’s horses, ponies, donkey and goat.
The Cabin is a romantic hideaway for couples, open plan lounge/kitchen and bedrooms and separate luxury bathroom. Summerhouse, hot tub, private garden, dogs friendly.
Little Northcott is our 4 bedroomed house, hidden away in a peaceful location on our farm in the valley of Northcott, just ½ mile walk from local beach of Northcott Mouth. With 4 x bedrooms, sleeping up to 8+cots. Boasting beautiful views over our farmland out to the sea. Enclosed garden with raised patio and hot tub.
Lower Northcott Farmhouse – Be lady/Lord of the manor in this splendid 9 x bedroomed Georgian Farmhouse accommodating up to 17 guests. 3 Lounges, large dining room with table to seat all, perfect for dinner parties, family get-togethers and celebrations.
