Newholme bungalow is bright and spacious and offers discerning visitors a combination of comfort and style. This is a two bedroom bungalow with one double and one twin room, making it ideal for two to four people. A fifth guest can be accommodated in the twin room on a substantial guest bed, which would incur an extra charge.
In addition to the pleasing bedrooms, guests will be appreciate a separate fully fitted kitchen with dining table and chairs. The kitchen has all you’ll need to store, prepare, cook and serve meals. Aside from microwave, cooker, fridge and freezer, there’s also a washing machine and a dishwasher.
In the spacious and elegant lounge, you’ll have a television with DVD player as well as a radio and CD player.
Newholme has a bathroom, which has a bath and an electric shower fitted above the bath.
The bungalow has both a front garden and a back garden. It also might be helpful to know that Newholme is on a single level, and so it is easily accessible to those who have mobility problems.
Gas central heating, electricity, bed linen and towelling are included in the rate. The rate is per week, and the bungalow is available Saturday to Saturday. Short breaks are offered out of season. Families with small children are very welcome to Newholme, we have a cot and highchair available.
Location
Pitlochry has ideal elements for a resort town. It is based at the foot of Ben-Y-Vrackie mountain, has the glorious River Tummel and, naturally, benefits from the spectacular surroundings of Highland Perthshire. Only a few miles from town, you’ll find Blair Castle, which is certainly worth a visit. A little further afield, in the opposite direction, is the remarkable Castle Menzies, which dates back to the 16th century. Alternatively, we’re very close to Blair Atholl Distillery, or you can walk over the foot bridge to the Pitlochry Festival Theatre which has an art gallery, coffee and a gift shop.
