Derwent Cottage - Sleeps 4:
This upside-down cottage has a large upstairs sitting room with magnificent exposed beams and log burning stove and there is a very well-equipped kitchen. This cottage is ideal for two couples and downstairs there is an en suite double bedroom with a walk-in shower and bath, a twin bedded room and an additional bathroom.
Dove Cottage - Sleeps 3:
This charming former milking parlour has a cosy sitting room with a log-burning stove and exposed original stonework and a 40inch wide wall-hung television. Upstairs there are wonderful old beams, a double bedroom with a king-sized bed, a single bedded room and a bathroom.
Wye Cottage - Sleeps 2:
This large romantic hideaway for 2 boasts a spacious bedroom with a king-sized carved bed and magnificent oak beams. Adjoining it is a large bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower and a bath. The sitting room has a natural stone fireplace incorporating a wood-burning stove.
Wake up to the sounds of the countryside Leave your car and walk or cycle on the level, wild flower-strewn Monsal Trail and investigate the newly opened tunnels. Walk to the village and buy your provisions and admire the picturesque “Sheepwash Bridge” or quench your thirst at one of the pubs. The area is a treasure trove of history, beauty and gastro experiences. Within a 10-minute drive are Chatsworth and Haddon Hall. The attractive market town of Bakewell offers a wide variety of shops, pubs and restaurants.
