Cruinn Cottages offers charming self-catering accommodation near Achnamara, set on the owner’s tranquil working farm. Both cottages sit at the edge of a wood and offer stunning views over Loch Sween.
The two cottages are each fully equipped for four people and centrally heated throughout. They have modern, fitted kitchens, spacious living rooms with dining areas & French doors opening onto a patio with furniture.
Bedrooms include a double bedroom and a twin-bedded room. The bathroom has a shower over the bath.
There are two cottages built to the same specification. You can also enjoy a communal open-spaced garden into the woods.
You do not have to go far from the cottages to see the local wildlife. Two kinds of deer live in the wood around the cottages and you might also see badgers. Walk down to the shore for the chance of watching seals and otters and, of course, sea birds, or visit Taynish Nature Reserve across Loch Sween.
Alternatively, bring your own boat or canoe and discover the many interesting inlets of Loch Sween; the loch is also ideal for windsurfing.
Or, best of all, sit back and enjoy the peace and tranquillity and do absolutely nothing at all ... some of the best things are right on your doorstep, such as the wild deer and the beautiful sunsets.
