Mill Cottage offers outstanding self-catering accommodation in the tranquil hamlet of Shedog. Our cottage is on the edge of Shiskine and is just two miles north of the seaside village of Blackwaterfoot on the west side of the island.
This beautifully furnished, 150-year-old cottage boasts three double bedrooms, two bathrooms, an open plan living room and galley style kitchen. The garden extends to about a third of an acre and is a safe place for the children to play whilst the adults relax.
Outside is a small front garden and rear garden. A slabbed terrace area with garden furniture is perfect for a morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening.
Nearby are two of the seven Arran golf courses. Lots of activities are nearby, such as tennis, bowling, quad biking, trout fishing, fine beaches and rock pools. For the energetic, there is plenty of hill and forest walking, cycles for hire and even hang gliding.
