The accommodation is spread over two floors, with an architect-designed mezzanine extension accessed via an open plan staircase. This comprises a spectacular living room with a glass-fronted balcony on the upper floor and the master bedroom which includes an en suite walk-in shower.
The main part of the cottage has a good-sized kitchen/dining area with doors leading directly out onto the terrace, the perfect place for outdoor meals and evening drinks.
The upstairs accommodation comprises two further bedrooms, one double - twin beds which can be put together - and one single, with a family bathroom in between.
There is a pub, the Old Quay Inn, serving excellent food within walking distance and plenty more are easily reached by car. For garden lovers, there are The Lost Gardens of Heligan, Trelissick, Trebah and Glendurgan, all of which are nearby.
