There are four spacious bedrooms and two spacious lounges with exposed beams. Inglenook fire with a complimentary basket of logs. There are four en suite modern bathrooms. There is a ground floor bedroom suitable for guests with limited mobility. Enclosed landscaped garden with patio furniture. Outdoor heated swimming pool (April - September). The kitchen with a full-size electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer and are fully equipped with good quality crockery and cooking utensils. There are four comfortable bedrooms, two on the ground floor and another two upstairs. In addition, there are overflow guest beds in the upstairs living room.
Lime Cottage - Sleeps 4
This cottage sleeps 2 persons in a king-size double bed/ plus a further 2 persons in 2 single beds. There is a private outdoor hot tub. Double height living space with exposed beams, wood-burning stove with a complimentary basket of logs. The kitchen with a full-size electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer and is fully equipped with good quality crockery and cooking utensils. Underfloor heating. Modern wet room. Enclosed private garden with patio furniture.
The holiday cottages are in the perfect location for exploring the West Country. If you are energetic then the city of Exeter is a 15-minute drive and beaches at Sidmouth and Budleigh Salterton are just 20 minutes in your car.
