It is part of a larger property, some of which dates back to 1750 and is situated near the historic Roman village of Piercebridge. It consists of a first floor barn apartment adjacent to the owners home, and the Nook which is split level and an extended part of the main house just across the courtyard.
To the rear of the property is unspoilt woodland and guests have use of extensive gardens with a wildlife pond and several patio areas with garden furniture.
The accommodation is beautifully furnished to a high standard. Freshly baked cakes and a welcome basket which includes locally sourced bread, butter, milk, biscuits and a few small surprises along the way greet your arrival.
