Combe Cottage, Stoke St Michael, Bath, Somerset

This attractively located, part stone built property is a real rarity.

Combe Cottage, Stoke St Michael, Bath, Somerset (Sleeps 1 - 8)

A country property with a smattering of period features including fireplaces, stone elevations and an interesting architectural double buttress to the north external wall. But what really captures the imagination is the external space; the views to the rear aspect are nothing short of beautiful.

Located between the villages of Holcombe and Stoke St Michael, at the junction of two unclassified country lanes, Giddy Lane and Frog Lane, the stone-built Combe Cottage is believed to date back to 1685 but has also been subject to more recent extensions to improve the total size of living accommodation.

The oak beamed Morning Room features the dining area, with country pine table and open log inglenook fireplace. The lounge consists of a television, DVD player and video with surround sound for your enjoyment. The double doors open on to a patio area with family size teak table, chairs and even a gas BBQ. There is even outside lighting to the garden to extend those evenings as the light draws in.
