Both of our properties are thoughtfully and beautifully furnished, ensuring that every detail is taken care of for a peaceful holiday. Located next to the welcoming Railway Tavern, each cottage can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests and features a fully equipped kitchen for those who enjoy home-cooked meals. A dining area for four, smart TV, DVD player, CD player/radio, Wi-Fi, and all necessary bedding and towels are provided. We extend a warm welcome with a complimentary pack that includes Lincolnshire Sausages, Bacon, Eggs, Tea, Coffee, Sugar, and Milk. Additional breakfast packs are available for order from the pub.

This fantastic bungalow provides the ideal setting for a tranquil country break. The open-plan living/dining/kitchen area offers magnificent rural views through its patio doors. Outside, you'll find seating in the garden, perfect for al fresco dining. Designed with accessibility in mind, this disabled-friendly property features a wet room/bathroom and underfloor heating for the colder months. The two bedrooms consist of a king and twin room, and a storeroom houses the washing machine.
**Holly Cottage**
Our cosy cottage is perfect for a family or group getaway in a fantastic location. Downstairs, underfloor heating keeps you warm, and the lounge offers comfortable seating for relaxation after a day of sightseeing. The well-equipped kitchen includes a washing machine for your convenience. Upstairs, two attractive bedrooms await: one king and one twin. Both rooms share a small bathroom with a shower over the bath. An outdoor seating area adds to the charm, making it a great spot for breakfast in the morning sun while you soak in the gorgeous rural views.

Stroll over to our award-winning pub for scrumptious food and refreshing drinks. We offer home-cooked meals for lunch, afternoon tea, and dinner. Breakfast is served for pre-booked large groups only. Please note that the pub is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays but opens daily at 12 noon every other day.
