Our accommodations are set on a beautiful smallholding, spanning several acres, offering a truly remarkable coastal setting at Budle Bay. Both of our cottages are thoughtfully equipped, providing a genuine home-from-home experience.
**Budle Haugh**
The first property can comfortably host 4 guests in a king-size and twin bedroom. Both bedrooms feature a TV and share a bathroom with a separate double shower cubicle and a generous deluge shower head. The open-plan living space is adorned with a cosy wood burner, flat-screen smart TV, iPad, and PS4 for entertainment. A well-equipped kitchen is perfect for culinary adventures, and an enclosed private walled garden with a BBQ area awaits al fresco dining in the summer months.
**Budle Falls**
Budle Falls accommodates 4 guests in a king-size room and a bunk room, boasting charming features like vaulted ceilings and exposed timbers throughout. Similar to Budle Haugh, the living space is open plan and includes a log burner, flat-screen TV with Netflix, and a PS4 for leisure. The well-equipped kitchen makes meal preparation a breeze. Two private gardens, including a delightful children's summer house, a BBQ, and an outdoor log burner, add to the charm. There are also two patio tables and chairs for relaxation.
**Two Shakes**
For a unique experience, we offer accommodation in our quirky shepherd's hut. This luxurious hut is snug and provides everything you need for a peaceful getaway. Inside, you'll find a king-size bedroom, a shower room, a galley kitchen, and a lounge area with a TV and log-burning stove. The fully enclosed garden features a dining table and chairs, a garden swing, BBQ, and fire pit.
