Recently renovated to the highest standards, the property now offers luxurious accommodation across 5 bedrooms. Among these are 2 king-sized rooms, 1 double, and 2 singles, with the unique charm of 3 bedrooms nestled inside one of the railway carriages. Two beautifully appointed bathrooms grace the property, with one offering an en suite experience. A spacious and contemporary open-plan kitchen and living area beckon with patio doors that frame the mesmerizing sea views. Additionally, a cozy second sitting/TV room is tucked within the original first-class carriage.
The house is equipped with excellent facilities, including two Virgin Media cable TVs, an Xbox One, and an iPod dock. The well-appointed kitchen features a gas/electric range, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, Nespresso machine (with 10 Ristretto capsules provided), and a separate 6-bottle wine fridge. For added convenience, a washing machine and tumble dryer are housed in the utility cupboard.
New for 2021, Southern Bell now boasts a dedicated Home Office for guests to utilize during their stay. Nestled in the front garden and replacing the detached garage, this comfortable office space is equipped with its own wired Wi-Fi extension, offering views of the beach and the sea.
