Our fabulous farmhouse offers luxurious accommodation in a beautiful setting. With direct access to the Preseli Hills and a short drive to Newport Sands this cottage suits walkers and beach lovers alike. The under-floor heating throughout ensures you will be snug whatever time of year you visit.
A well-equipped kitchen is great for home cooking with a four-oven Aga, microwave, built-in fridge freezer and dishwasher. The utility room has a second fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing board.
Unwind in the spacious lounge/dining room with views down to the sea on one side and into the secluded garden on the other. The wood stove will add extra warmth in the winter months and you have plenty of comfy seating to relax on. Stream your favourite box sets either via the Smart TV or Freeview box and there is a DVD player with an array of discs on the shelves. For music lovers, there is B&W Zeppelin that will fill the house with sound when connected to your phone or iPad.
Upstairs there are three beautiful bedrooms and an attic room with spectacular views over the sea and mountain. There are two double bedrooms and a bunk room with full-sized mattresses that are suitable for adults as well as kids. The attic is a double room with an additional single bed. The family bathroom has a large bath and shower over it, WC and a hand basin. There is an additional toilet and basin downstairs.
Outside the south-facing patio and lawn are great for al fresco dining in the sun and there is a kettle BBQ for your use. The second patio has sea views and is the place to watch the sunset. You also have access to the paddock which is ideal for hill football, mountain cricket and general letting off steam. The area is safe and secure for children to play in.
There is plenty to see and do in this area for the whole family. Enjoy the sand and dunes at Traeth Mawr (Big Beach) or go crabbing at The Parrog harbour, nestling on the Nevern Estuary. A short walk along the Coast Path will get you to the gorgeous and secluded shingle beach at Aberhigian. Play a round of golf on the 18-hole links or take a Kayak trip around the wonderful coastline.
