Aurora Cottage offers spacious self catering accommodation for up to six people in the quiet community of Bornesketaig on the Isle of Skye. It is just 5 miles from the ferry port of Uig and about 20 miles from Skye's main town of Portree.
This beautifully maintained cottage has on the ground floor a kitchen/dining room with oven & hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine and tumble dryer. The lounge has leather reclining sofas seating six, 4K TV with Freesat and Netflix and there is a Blu-ray/DVD/CD Player. Also on the ground floor there is a king size double bedroom with en-suite shower room. There is a large range of books, games and maps available for guests to use.
Upstairs there is a family bathroom and two bedrooms - a double and a twin. Linen and towels are provided.
All the bedrooms and also the lounge have sea views towards the Isle of Harris.
There is a large, fenced garden and ample parking.

The cottage is situated on the stunning Trotternish peninsular. There are two general stores nearby which include a petrol station and post office. The Skye Brewery is situated nearby at Uig and the Uig Hotel has a restaurant open to non-residents. There is lots to do on Skye including kayaking, mountain climbing, walking and boat tours.
