Quarry House Moneystone offers outstanding self catering accommodation in Oakamoor. This beautifully renovated cottage comes with a lovely garden and a large paddock attached. Our cottage is perfect for exploring a range of attractions in Staffordshire and close to the Peak National Park.
The cottage comes with underfloor heating, original wooden beams and quarry tiles. It sleeps up to 4 people plus 2 children in 2 comfortable bedrooms. Two bathrooms are also available.
The cosy lounge is perfect for relaxing in. Facilities include a lovely wood burner and comfy sofas. The fully equipped kitchen comes with a range of appliances to suit all your needs. The Rayburn range cooker is next to the dining room.
We also offer accommodation in The Pod which sleeps 2 in a twin or double room. Facilities include a WC and washbasin, wardrobe, heating and TV. Please note the pod can only be booked with the cottage.
Oakamoor is a pretty village that is a great place for outdoor enthusiasts. The scenic countryside is perfect for walkers, runners and riders. Within 30 minutes drive from the cottage are the market towns of Ashbourne, Buxton, Cheadle, Leek and Uttoxeter.
A number of great attractions are nearby, including the Peak District, The Roaches, Alton Towers & the Trentham Estate.
