The Cider House is a characterful self-catering home situated in the idyllic and historic village of Wilmcote, about 4 miles from William Shakespear's birthplace of Stratford upon Avon.
This purpose-built holiday home is a reconstruction of a building from Iron Bridge. We have been sympathetic in the build, keeping as much character as possible and using many of the original materials.
Outside there is a large patio area with garden furniture and there is a garden to enjoy with landscaping.
Wilmcote itself is very historic with Mary Arden's Farm being located here. This is a Tudor farm where Shakespeare's mother lived and worked. Also, there are canal walks just 5 minutes walk from The Cider House and Wilmcote even has a train station with direct links to Stratford upon Avon, Birmingham and London.
