The Cottage at the Retreat offers charming self-catering accommodation in Leek, nestled in the Staffordshire Moorlands along the main road. The cottage is adjacent to The Retreat Beauty and Relaxation Centre and Bistro and only 5 miles from The Peak District National Park.
Our 2 bedroom cottage has been refurbished to a high specification, offering everything you need for a relaxing getaway. The kitchen is well-appointed with oak units and granite work surfaces and the lounge has a 42” plasma screen tv with Sky fitted for your enjoyment.
Wonderful breakfast baskets can be made available for an additional fee and the adjacent Retreat Bistro is open for breakfast, lunch and afternoon tea from Monday to Saturday.
We are the perfect base for exploring the local area. The unspoiled town of Leek has an abundance of independent shops and a great range of traditional butchers, bakers, greengrocers, delicatessens and cafes. There are regular markets and further afield you can visit Rudyard Lake, the perfect location for a scenic picnic.
