Our outstanding apartment, made from the old station’s public waiting room, offers everything you need for a memorable holiday. The apartment seamlessly blends traditional architectural features with a chic, modern style. The rooms are spacious, overlook the track and are set within 1.5 acres of well fenced formal and wild gardens.
Outside there is a patio area with outdoor furniture, perfect for al fresco dining on warm, summer’s day. During your stay, you will be able to enjoy the wildlife garden which includes a large pond and home to a wonderful array of frogs, butterflies and species of wild birds.
Our holiday home is ideally placed to explore the whole of Yorkshire. We are in the Vale of York at the foot of the Yorkshire Wolds and in AONB of the Howardian Hills. The apartment is a 5-minute drive from Castle Howard; 20 minutes from the city of York and 30-40 minutes and from the moors and coast.
