The Old Coach House is a traditional stone cottage which offers charming self catering accommodation in the village of Burythorpe. It is close to the market town of Malton in North Yorkshire and a great base for exploring the Yorkshire Wolds, the coast and the magnificent city of York.

The World of James Herriot is also situated near Thirsk which is only a 40-minute drive from the village. For those visitors interested in wine, why not visit Britain's most northerly commercial vineyard only 2 miles from the cottage, where award-winning wines can be purchased.
