Alice Cottage is half way down “The Bank” at Robin Hood’s Bay, a fishing and smuggling village built in the 17th century. The old village is a maze of cobbled streets and picturesque cottages built into the cliffs.

Within easy walking distance, there are plenty of friendly pubs and cafes serving excellent food, and at the top of “The Bank” the newer part of the village boasts further places to eat along with tennis courts, putting and bowling greens. There is limited vehicular access to the old village.

The cottage, which has a particularly sunny aspect, has been family owned for five generations and the owner lives nearby for ease of key holding, maintenance etc. Hot water and heating are provided by gas fired central heating.

Comfortable Grade II listed cottage in heart of old village with sunny open aspect, sea views and close to beach.
