Sand Martin Cottage offers superb self-catering accommodation in Machrie. Boasting glorious views of the sea and the Mull of Kintyre, it is the ideal base for exploring all that the Isle of Arran has to offer.
This tastefully converted barn is perfect for a relaxing break. Throughout the property you can enjoy views of the countryside and the sea.
The open plan kitchen/living area is well equipped to suit all of your needs. The seating/dining area comes with Freesat TV & DVD player, with a door opening out to the garden area, where there is plenty of seating and room for children to play. In a separate building next to the back door there is a washing machine and tumble drier.
Upstairs there is a double and a twin bedroom. Both rooms are spacious and share a shower room. Downstairs there is a further twin room.
A number of superb attractions are nearby including the Old Byre Visitor Centre. Close by you’ll find the Machrie Standing Stones and King’s Cave. The Isle of Arran is ideal for outdoors enthusiasts. Its beautiful hills are great for walkers and the wonderful forest trails are great for bikers and cyclists. Lots of excellent golf courses are also dotted around the island.
