Pippin Cottage is ideally situated to be close enough to the outside world but tucked away enough not to be interrupted by it.
Outside of the holiday cottage is a large sunny garden with patio area, enjoying superb far reaching countryside views, with garden furniture, washing line and storage shed. 
St Hilary Churchtown is a small, quiet and very pretty hamlet with a quaint granite church, located just half a mile from Goldsithney by car or a quarter of a mile by foot. Goldsithney offers a well-stocked newsagents and village shop selling local produce, a post office and 2 pubs which offer a good choice of menu. It is approximately 1.5 miles from the ancient market town of Marazion and just 2 miles from a number of sandy beaches such as; Praa Sands – excellent for the surfers, Perranuthnoe, Marazion famous for St Michael's Mount and the more secluded coves of Prussia and Acton Castle.
